5th Grade Students Conduct Primary Research in Conjunction with Martin Luther King Jr. Day
In conjunction with Martin Luther King Jr. Day, students in fifth grade conducted a research project about the arrest of Rosa Parks. During this study, they learned how to analyze primary source documents, including the arrest record, to delve into the story, gather the facts, and provide a report of what happened. Our students don’t just solve problems, they uncover them, finding their own solutions. And rather than simply providing answers, our faculty guides students throughout their exploration. The result? Perelman kids learn how to learn.
