Second Grade Students Follow the Travels of Flat Stanley!

Perelman second graders are traveling far and wide — all from the comfort of their classroom!

After reading the popular children’s book, Flat Stanley, students applied essential map skills to deepen their understanding of the character’s adventures. Then, they wrote letters to family and friends around the country, mailing their own Flat Stanleys and tracking their special journeys!

Through fun projects and the school-home connection, we’re cultivating a lifelong love of writing, curiosity, and the world.
