Ganon uses their senses during pumpkin exploration

During a mini pumpkin unit, Ganon students explored, investigated, and measured pumpkins utilizing all five of their senses. They observed what they could see and feel both on the inside and outside of the pumpkin, what they could smell, what they could hear when knocking on the pumpkin, and how the pumpkin tasted after they baked pumpkin bread. Students predicted what was inside the pumpkin by listening to their teacher knock on it before cutting it open.

Our students learn to be curious thinkers as our teachers provide opportunities for our students to connect with and feel empowered in their learning through memorable exploration and experimentation!
