Perelman Educators Prepare for the New School Year During Inservice Days

Perelman educators are the greatest! During our recent teacher inservice days, new and veteran teachers gathered for meaningful learning and preparation. Presentations led by staff and administrators covered a wide range of topics to start the year strong: creative approaches to writing, best practices in differentiation, pedagogy in Hebrew and Jewish Studies, and more.

New teachers met with their mentors, colleagues who will guide them and provide structured support throughout their whole first year, and immersed themselves in Perelman’s unique core values. They then planted marigold seeds that will flourish in their classrooms. The Marigold Effect — a theory that promotes surrounding yourself with positive, supportive people in order to grow.
